The firewood has decent suction, the burner coil is replaceable, and the glass is sturdy. I'll post photos after the renovation is complete. There's no need to worry about installation or smoke extraction;. Amazing addition to our home.

This fireplace is of excellent quality, made of thick materials, with meticulous attention to detail, and is very affordable. The glass is also heat-resistant, and the smoke extraction is excellent and smooth. Overall, it's very good. It heats a large area, the glass is heat-resistant, installation is simple, and there's no need to worry about smoke extraction. I bought it before new year Day and have been using it for a month; the smoke extraction has been excellent without any problems.

I was unfamiliar with fireplaces since it was my first time dealing with them, but thankfully the customer service was very professional. We communicated via messaging system and created a group chat to discuss the design, resulting in a fantastic final product with perfect dimensions. The design team at graffitiwallarts was exceptionally talented and the responses were very fast on whatsapp. I will definitely recommend them to any friends who need a fireplace. This has made our Mountain view villa in California look absolutely spot on.

This was a very unique purchase which we kept on switching minds on as if we wanted to go ahead for it we wanted exact the same and that was our main worry, the design team here on whatsapp has helped and kept us in the loop all the time from starting to the end including teh alterations required in teh 3d design which they drafted for our table too. delivered last week very securely packed in a large wooden box sealed cant complain at all on how securely it was packed and assembly was extremely easy it didnt took me more than an hour to assemble and fit all. very happy with our purchase - Special thanks to Sasha you deserve a pay rise :)
