There is something uniquely powerful about a penthouse in Dubai. High above the glittering skyline, with the Burj Khalifa piercing the horizon and the Arabian Gulf shimmering in the distance, a penthouse is not just a home — it is a statement. It is a declaration of how you choose to live.
When Ahmed and his wife reached out to us at GraffitiWallArt.com, they had a vision as bold as the city they call home. A family of four — Ahmed, his wife, and their two children — they wanted a penthouse that felt genuinely luxurious, deeply personal, and unmistakably modern. A home where world-class art sits alongside sculptural furniture, where every corner tells a story, and where their children grow up surrounded by beauty and creativity.
The scope of this project focused on two defining spaces: the entryway — the first impression of the home — and the living room — the heart of family life. The Vision: Art-Led Luxury for a Modern Dubai Family
Ahmed's brief was refreshingly clear and deeply considered. He and his wife wanted their home to feel like a private gallery — a space where art is not an afterthought but the very foundation of the design. They wanted pieces that their children would grow up appreciating, that guests would talk about for years, and that would feel as relevant and exciting in a decade as they do today.
The palette was to be warm, neutral, and sophisticated — creams, warm whites, sand tones, and brushed metals — with art providing the colour, energy, and personality. The architecture of the penthouse, with its soaring ceilings, polished marble floors, and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Dubai, provided the perfect canvas.
Here is how we brought every element together.
The Entryway — A First Impression That Lasts Forever
In luxury interior design, the entryway is everything. It is the prologue to the story of your home — the moment that sets the tone for everything that follows. For Ahmed's penthouse, we wanted guests to feel the full weight of the space the instant they crossed the threshold.
The hero of the entryway is the Glacier Wave Console Table – Sculptural Fiberglass Metallic Resin Entryway Table. This extraordinary piece is not merely a console table — it is a sculpture. Its undulating wave form, crafted from fiberglass and finished in a lustrous metallic resin, appears to be frozen mid-motion, as though a wave from the Arabian Gulf itself has been captured and placed in the hallway. The living room of Ahmed's penthouse is the room that does everything. It is where the family gathers on Friday mornings, where Ahmed entertains clients on weekday evenings, where the children do their homework on the rug, and where the whole family watches the Dubai fireworks from the sofa on New Year's Eve. It needed to be spectacular. It needed to be comfortable. And it needed to be a space that a family of four could truly live in.
