RETURNS EXPLAINED

Here's what you need to know about returning or exchanging an item:

  • If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please make sure the item is in the same condition as you received it, with all tags and in its original packaging.
  • We don't accept cancellations, but if you have any issues with your order, please contact us at info@graffitiwallarts.com and we'll do our best to make it right.
  • All made on order items which include furniture and canvas wall art are made on order therefore they cannot be returned.
  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Please note that we can't accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalised orders, items on sale, or items that are not in the same condition as you received them.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • The parcel needs to be sent to the address provided by the support for returns which depends upon where the parcel comes from. Customer is responsible for a trackable return paid by themselves in any scenario minus a 3% restocking fee.
  • Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and the item should be sent back trackable.
  • All made on order items are not returnable or exchangeable.

Items Ineligible for Return or Exchange

Due to the nature of certain items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  1. Custom or personalised orders: Products that have been customized or personalized specifically for you.
  2. Perishable products: Items such as food or flowers that have a limited shelf life.
  3. Digital downloads: Electronic files or downloadable content.
  4. Intimate items: Products that are hygienic in nature, such as personal care items or undergarments.
  5. Items on sale: Products that are discounted or marked as final sale.
  6. If you receive an incorrect item (wrong size or color), please contact us within 3-5 days of delivery. We'll happily exchange it and cover return shipping. Unfortunately, we can't assist with exchanges after this period.

Please note that this list includes items such as play mats, posters, and meter square decals or wallpapers that are custom printed or manufactured on order.
