We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

As most of our items are made to order and customised, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
• A 3% restocking fee applies to all returns

Please note that returns are processed at our central returns facility (same as the production location), which may be overseas depending on where your item was manufactured.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within a couple of working days.
