EU Consumer Rights & Withdrawal Policy

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For eligible orders delivered within the European Union, consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, takes possession of the final item in the order.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To initiate a withdrawal request, customers must submit their request through:

Customers who placed an order using only a mobile phone number at checkout and did not provide an email address must use the account access link provided in their SMS order confirmation to access their order and submit their request.

Return Deadline

Once a withdrawal request has been submitted and acknowledged, customers must return the goods within 14 calendar days of notifying us of their decision to withdraw.

Returned items must be securely packaged and returned in their original condition, including all accessories, components, manuals, and packaging where reasonably possible.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers are responsible for arranging and paying all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as customers remain responsible for the goods until they are received by us.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will process the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned items or receive satisfactory proof that the items have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Original Delivery Charges

Where a withdrawal is valid under applicable EU consumer protection laws, we will refund the standard outbound delivery charge originally paid by the customer. Any premium, expedited, express, scheduled, white-glove, or upgraded delivery services selected by the customer are non-refundable beyond the cost of our standard delivery option.

Exemptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Made-to-order furniture

• Custom-made chandeliers and lighting

• Custom-sized wallpapers and wall murals

• Personalised artwork and décor

• Products manufactured, modified, finished, or assembled specifically for an individual order

• Any product advertised as bespoke, customised, personalised, made-to-order, or produced specifically for the customer

Where an order falls within these exemptions, cancellation and withdrawal rights do not apply once production has commenced.

Damaged or Defective Products

Nothing in this policy affects a consumer's statutory rights regarding goods that are faulty, damaged, defective, or not supplied in accordance with the agreed specifications.
