What happens after you place your Order?

• Once payment is cleared Order goes under production which takes 1 to 2 working days.
• Once production is complete your order is collected by the courier which is by UPS or FedEx Courier. Seamless arrangements for courier collection are made, entrusting shipments to reputable carriers like FedEx, UPS, or DHL for secure and timely delivery.

• Production times of furniture may vary as they are made on order and require up to 10 days in production plus delivery in 20 days via ship, Delivery is free for all furniture and includes customs clearance too, we will deliver the furniture to your door at no extra cost than the listed product price.

How can you see your parcel status when with courier?
Once an order is collected by the courier we update courier tracking number on your order and an instant email goes to your email address you provided at the time of your order. We always recommend adding your phone number when placing an order as this way couriers can send you tracking updates and also they can call you prior to delivery in some cases.

Proof of Delivery?
Once an order is delivered it will show teh status on the tracking link we provided and within 1 working day of the order delivered to you there is a proof of delivery document attached on the courier website for your parcel acknowledgement.

What is your parcel arrives damaged?

If your order is arrived damaged all we need from you is photos of the damaged parts you have found of your item.
