• Once production is complete your order is collected by the courier which is by UPS or FedEx Courier. Seamless arrangements for courier collection are made, entrusting shipments to reputable carriers like FedEx, UPS, or DHL for secure and timely delivery.
• FedEx and UPS Courier are reliable and fast courier companies trusted by many businesses and we have been working together since 2017. Deliveries normally take up to 5 to 7 working days to your door no matter where you are. We deliver worldwide.

How can you see your parcel status when with courier?

Once an order is collected by the courier we update courier tracking number on your order and an instant email goes to your email address you provided at the time of your order. We always recommend adding your phone number when placing an order as this way couriers can send you tracking updates and also they can call you prior to delivery in some cases.

Proof of Delivery?

Once an order is delivered it will show teh status on the tracking link we provided and within 1 working day of the order delivered to you there is a proof of delivery document attached on the courier website for your parcel acknowledgement.

What is your parcel arrives damaged?

If your order is arrived damaged all we need from you is photos of the damaged parts you have found of your item.    If the wallpaper has a pattern, check if it has a repeat. Measure the pattern repeat distance and add it to the width of your wall measurement. This ensures the pattern aligns seamlessly.
4. Consider Multiple Rolls:
   If your wall width exceeds the standard roll width, consider purchasing multiple rolls. This is especially important for continuous patterns to maintain consistency across the wall.
5. Add Extra for Trimming:
   Purchase a little extra wallpaper to account for any errors or adjustments during installation. Having a surplus ensures you have ample material for matching patterns and trimming edges.
6. Review Product Specifications:
   Check the product specifications for any additional instructions or recommendations provided by the manufacturer. Some wallpapers may have specific installation requirements.

Steps to Install a Wallpaper Mural:

Prepare the Wall:

• Clean the wall to remove any dust, dirt, or grease.
• Fill any holes or cracks and sand them smooth.
• Ensure the wall is dry and smooth.

Measure and Mark:

• Measure the width and height of the wall.
• Use a level to draw a straight vertical line down the center of the wall or at the starting edge where you plan to hang the mural.

Cut the Mural Panels:

• Lay out the mural panels on the floor in order.

Apply Wallpaper Paste (if not pre-pasted):

• Mix the wallpaper paste according to the instructions present on the mixer being used.
• Apply a generous amount of paste to the back of the first panel using a brush or roller.

Hang the First Panel:

• Align the top of the panel with the top of the wall, ensuring it is straight along the vertical line you marked.
• Smooth the panel from the center outwards using a wallpaper brush or smoother to remove any air bubbles.
• Trim the excess wallpaper at the top and bottom with a utility knife.

Hang Subsequent Panels:

• Apply paste to the next panel.
• Align the panel with the edge of the previous one, matching the pattern.
• Smooth the panel and trim the excess.

Final Adjustments:

• Once all panels are up, go over the mural with a sponge or cloth to clean any excess paste.
• Allow the mural to dry as per the instructions on the glue you have used.

Tips:

• Work carefully to ensure the panels align correctly and the pattern matches.
• If using pre-pasted wallpaper, follow the instructions for activating the paste, usually involving soaking the paper in water.
• It can be helpful to have a second person to assist, especially for larger murals.
