What happens after you place your Order?
Once payment is cleared Order goes under production which takes 1 to 2 working days.
Once production is complete your order is collected by the courier which is by UPS or FedEx Courier. Seamless arrangements for courier collection are made, entrusting shipments to reputable carriers like FedEx, UPS, or DHL for secure and timely delivery.
FedEx and UPS Courier are reliable and fast courier companies trusted by many businesses and we have been working together since 2017. Deliveries normally take up to 5 to 7 working days to your door no matter where you are. We deliver worldwide.
How can you see your parcel status when with courier?
Once an order is collected by the courier we update courier tracking number on your order and an instant email goes to your email address you provided at the time of your order. We always recommend adding your phone number when placing an order as this way couriers can send you tracking updates and also they can call you prior to delivery in some cases.
Proof of Delivery?
Once an order is delivered it will show teh status on the tracking link we provided and within 1 working day of the order delivered to you there is a proof of delivery document attached on the courier website for your parcel acknowledgement.
What is your parcel arrives damaged?
Please do not worry we are always just a click away. You can contact us on live chat on our website or just complete the contact form on the contact us page and you will recieve a response instantly within maximum time period of an hour in most cases this is very quick. If your order is arrived damaged all we need from you is photos of the damaged parts you have found of your item. Than all we need is the item to be sent back to us for a replacement or a full refund. Dont worry we are here to assist.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from GraffitiWallArts. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges under specific conditions. Please ensure that the following conditions are met for a successful return:
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate the return process.
Dispatch the items back to us within 30 days of delivery.
The items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Include any relevant documentation, such as the order invoice or receipt, to facilitate the return process.

If you're not completely happy with your purchase or your item was delivered and it was broken when you opened the box, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please make sure the item is in the same condition as you received it, with all tags and in its original packaging.
The parcel needs to be sent to the address provided by the support for returns which depends upon where the parcel comes from. Customer is responsible for a trackable return paid by themselves in any scenario minus a 3% restocking fee.
We don't accept cancellations, but if you have any issues with your order, please contact us at info@graffitiwallarts.com and we'll do our best to make it right.
Please note that we can't accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalised orders, items on sale, or items that are not in the same condition as you received them.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right by replacing it.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and the item should be sent back trackable.
Wallpaper samples cannot be returned for a refund because they are samples.
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please note that this list includes items such as play mats, posters, and meter square decals or wallpapers that are custom printed or manufactured on order.
