Our suspended fireplaces can be customised according to the customer's room configuration, ceiling height, installation position and design preferences. To help us prepare an accurate quotation and suitable fireplace configuration, we request several measurements and property details before manufacturing.
Step 1
Measure Your Room Height
Measure the total distance from the finished floor to the ceiling.
For a straight ceiling, one floor-to-ceiling measurement is generally sufficient for the initial assessment.
For a sloping ceiling, provide the floor-to-ceiling height at both the lowest and highest points of the intended installation area.
These measurements help us understand the available vertical space and plan the fireplace's overall proportions.
Step 2
Choose Your Preferred Fireplace Height
Tell us how high you would like the bottom of the suspended fireplace hood to sit above the finished floor.
This allows us to calculate the required hanging position and the approximate visible suspension length.
The final installation height must also satisfy applicable safety and clearance requirements.
Step 3
Determine the Suspension Pipe Length
The visible pipe length is calculated using the ceiling height and the selected fireplace position, allowing for the fireplace's actual dimensions and connection details.
